For several years a decicated group of Combatives practitioners has been training together every week in Meseyside.
If you are seriously interested in self-protection you are welcome to attend our sessions. Age limit is 18.

The session is every Wednesday, from 20.30 to 2200, at Prescot Leisure Centre, Warrington Road, Prescot, Merseyside.
Wear training clothing that is similar to your everyday wear. If you have focuss mitts and kick pad bring them. Also, bring water, and expect to sweat!
We have a great group of guys, and you will be made welcome.
